Do you enjoy working with people and want to develop your leadership skills? We are looking for an Entry Level AT&T Assistant Manager to support daily team operations while gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, team development, and sales.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced team leaders to learn our customer acquisition process, support team members, and help maintain daily team performance. This is a full-time, entry-level position with structured training and ongoing development. Previous management experience is not required.
Entry Level AT&T Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Support daily team operations and help coordinate team activities
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Provide guidance and support to representatives working with AT&T customers
- Learn and explain AT&T products and services to prospective customers
- Help representatives communicate product and service options clearly
- Track daily team activity and communicate updates to leadership
- Support a professional, positive, and productive team environment
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and leadership development
- Work with leadership to improve customer acquisition and team performance
