Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Apprentice Installers to help with the removal and installation of windows and doors. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the construction industry and develop valuable skills while earning competitive wages.
Key Responsibilities
· Help experienced installers with window and door removal and installation.
· Use power tools safely and effectively.
· Take exact measurements and perform quality installations.
· Seal fittings and ensure proper weatherproofing.
· Keep clean and organized job sites.
· Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Required Qualifications
· Valid driver's license
· Ability to lift a100 lbs. regularly.
· Comfortable safely climbing a 24-foot ladder.
· Strong work ethic and reliability
· Punctual and professional demeanor
· Team-oriented attitude
· Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
Preferred Experience
· Earlier experience with power tools
· Basic construction or installation experience
· Understanding of measurement and fitting processes
· General maintenance and repair skills
