ScoliCare North Carolina – Durham, NC
ScoliCare North Carolina is a growing specialty clinic dedicated exclusively to the non-surgical treatment of scoliosis and kyphosis in children, adolescents, and adults.
We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to become the first smile and first voice our patients experience.
Many of the families who contact our office are anxious, overwhelmed, or searching for answers. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and who can make every patient feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up with new patient inquiries and referrals
- Coordinate paperwork and patient records
- Assist with daily front desk operations
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through every office visit
- Work closely with Dr. Ju and the clinical team
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, positive, and professional
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- An excellent communicator
- A dependable team player
- Passionate about helping people
Experience working in a medical office is helpful, but we are much more interested in finding someone with the right personality, attitude, and willingness to learn.
