Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Financial Advisor Junior Associate to join our team at Stewardship America Financial. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. This role, available as either part-time or full-time, is ideal for individuals who thrive in a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and are eager to assist clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized advisory services. Associates who possess a Series 65 license will be provided with a starting book of business and will work closely with a senior advisor to support client needs and grow their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with financial planning and investment inquiries via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
- Assist in preparing financial plans, analyzing client financial data, and recommending appropriate solutions under the guidance of senior advisors.
- Manage a book of business (for Series 65 licensed associates) with the goal of supporting a senior advisor.
- Maintain accurate client records, process requests, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Uphold the company’s values and contribute to a supportive, faith-based workplace.
Qualifications:
- Experience required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Series 65 license (associates with a Series 65 license will receive a starting book of business).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve financial success.
- Comfortable working in a Christian-based environment (not required to be Christian, but must respect our values).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
