WE ARE HIRING FOR PRESS RECEIVING SPECIALIST
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Receiving Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving materials into Finished Goods. This position verifies incoming materials, records transactions, reconciles discrepancies, and ensures materials are properly identified, stored, staged, or prepared for shipment. Materials may include raw materials, finished goods, outsourced materials, and other deliveries. The Receiving Specialist is expected to follow company procedures, maintain accurate records, support warehouse operations, and comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements.
WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive incoming materials accurately and in accordance with company procedures
- Verify part numbers, quantities, purchase orders, packing slips, labels, and related documentation
- Enter receiving transactions accurately and promptly in the appropriate system.
- Research, document, and reconcile receiving discrepancies, including quantity, labeling, or paperwork issues
- Ensure goods are received in a timely manner and are ready to be shipped, staged, or stored
- Maintain organized receiving areas and support proper material flow within Finished Goods
- Assist with picking orders and other warehouse activities as needed.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and quality requirements
- Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and immediately report unsafe conditions
- Work is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting.
- Team member must follow all required personal protective equipment guidelines and safety practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
