Position Details
● Schedule: Part-time. Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM (full-day shifts both days, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break; 20 paid hours per week)
● Employment Type: W-2 employee (not a 1099 contractor position)
● Benefits: This is a part-time position and is not eligible for benefits (health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, etc.)
● Pay: $35 to $45/hour, commensurate with experience. Pay is fixed and not tied to patient volume.

● Anticipated Start Date: Mid-September 2026 (targeting September 14, 2026)
Responsibilities
● Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
● Provide hands-on, one-on-one physical therapy treatment sessions
● Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
● Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
● Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation
● Support front-office and clinic operations during non-treatment hours, including administrative tasks, light housekeeping and tidying, and community or referral networking
Qualifications
● Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
● Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice physical therapy
● Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
● Excellent communication and patient rapport-building abilities
● Comfortable working in a cash-based, out-of-network practice model
