Summary
We are seeking a passionate FOH manager to join the team to lead our servers, bartenders & host staff. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining our high standards of food & drink quality along with operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee FOH operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage FOH inventory.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
- Address customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Schedule all FOH employees
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, server or bartender.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of alcohol compliance issues.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
- Experience in staff training and development is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Experience with craft beer
