Position Overview
Everspire is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to support the operational and administrative needs of our advisory team. This individual will play an important role in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing service requests, supporting onboarding, maintaining accurate client records, and helping keep internal workflows moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to advisors and internal team members
- Coordinate and process client service requests, including withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and other account maintenance items
- Assist with new client onboarding, account opening, and documentation follow-up
- Maintain and update client records, including personal information, beneficiary designations, and account details
- Prepare, review, and track forms and paperwork to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, custodians, and other service partners
- Document activity and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Help monitor outstanding items and ensure timely follow-up on service requests
- Support internal processes that improve workflow efficiency and service quality
- Handle sensitive client information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Base Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, client service, or operations support role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through independently
- Professional presence and a client-first mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- The ability to quickly learn firm systems and technology
- High school diploma required
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, or another professional services environment
- Familiarity with investment account servicing, onboarding processes, and client documentation
- Experience using CRM platforms and custodial or account servicing systems
- Working knowledge of financial services terminology, account types, and common service workflows
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field preferred, though candidates with 3 to 5 years of directly relevant hands-on experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience supporting multiple professionals or departments with a high standard of service
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement
