Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pallet Builder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing sturdy, high-quality pallets used for shipping and storage purposes. Your expertise will ensure pallets are built efficiently, safely, and to precise specifications, supporting our supply chain operations. Responsibilities
- Assemble pallets using pallet machines, and or nail guns.
- Meet production standards.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of pallet construction.
- Inspect completed pallets for quality control, verifying structural integrity and adherence to design requirements.

Requirements
- Must be able to work in the heat
- A basic understanding of general safety standards and proper safety procedures.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during shifts.
