Lithium Health and Wellness is a clinical spa that offers both treatment work along with spa modalities. We are looking for a full time massage therapist to join our growing team. Our clients range from blue collar workers, athletes, and some retirees, so having a wide range of skill is important.
Hours we are looking for
Thursdays & Fridays: 12pm - 7:30pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities
- Provide massage therapy services per our service menu
- Maintain consistent client bookings
- Create treatment plans and provide quality client care
- Keep accurate client session notes
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room between sessions
- Communicate professionally with clients and staff
- Participate in team meetings and training as needed
Requirements
- Valid Montana Massage Therapist license
- Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and spa treatments
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Excellent patient communication skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
