Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently. We are a busy shop that is in growth mode and are looking for candidates who want to work with A Level team members. We utilize a hybrid pay plan that rewards those who can turn hours, but has a guarantee to give our technicians security.

Duties:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues related to various vehicle systems.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs
- Align and balance wheels and troubleshoot steering and suspension systems
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repair processes
- Conduct auto estimating for labor and parts needed for repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Proficiency in automotive electrical systems and modern vehicle technologies.
- Strong knowledge of powertrain components and functions
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively
- Familiarity with service technician duties in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with auto estimating software
- Proficiency in aligning vehicles and diagnosing automotive electrical issues
