As a Behavior Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on support while encouraging independence and positive behaviors. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing individualized support plans, promoting community participation, documenting services provided, and working closely with your team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each individual.

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, mental health needs, or related direct care experience

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Ability to pass a Level II background screening and drug screening
