Feel Well Spa is seeking dedicated Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team and provide high-quality therapeutic massage services using a variety of trained modalities. Expectations of the Role:
Massage Therapists are responsible for maintaining treatment rooms in accordance with spa cleanliness and operational standards, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest.
Our spa offers a beautiful, well-appointed facility and provides all necessary top-of-the-line supplies and equipment to support our therapists in delivering outstanding treatments. We expect our staff to uphold our standards of excellence and committment to wellness.
Available Positions:
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must hold a valid New York State Massage Therapy License and present proof of licensure during the interview process.
- Proof of professional liability insurance required.
- Strong working knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques.
- Additional training or experience in other modalities—such as Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, and assisted stretching techniques—is a plus.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of and belief in the therapeutic and healing benefits of massage therapy.
- Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and professional experience for guests.
- A dedicated and motivated professional with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training to expand skills and service offerings.
- This position requires in-person work at our Wantagh, NY, location. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently commute to Wantagh for scheduled shifts. Remote work is not available for this role.
