Job Overview
A Seasoned Property Manager with good Communication and Writing skills for City Wide Multiple Dwelling Buildings. Your energetic leadership will guide a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of living while addressing the diverse needs of our community. You’ll be the driving force behind property management, resident relations, and compliance with housing regulations.
What you’ll do:
- Must visit various buildings minimum 3 times a week.
- Oversee daily operations of housing facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and welcoming for all residents
- Coordinate maintenance requests and inspections to uphold property standards and safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations while addressing any issues that arise promptly
- Collaborate with external partners, such as service providers and community organizations, to enhance resident services
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience with hands on knowledge of building operating systems
- Must speak Spanish
- College education
- Vehicle - REQUIRED will visit various buildings minimum 3 times a week
- Agency knowledge and interaction with an emphasis on Local Law implementation/participation with LL87, LL31, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Oversight of office staff
- Previous experience with building rehabilitation

Compensation offered: 80K - 85K Annual
