Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. In this role, you will design, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Lead the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs across various settings such as home, school, and community environments.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and medical professionals to facilitate effective communication about treatment goals and progress updates.
- Perform patient assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and oversee their execution with fidelity.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and document all clinical activities thoroughly in medical documentation systems.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessments, and behavioral health principles.
- Proficiency in data collection methods essential for tracking therapy outcomes and guiding decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with special education environments and school-based behavioral interventions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams about complex clinical information using medical terminology when appropriate.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in home-based or community settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and patient confidentiality.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
