Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Arq Behavioral Talent is a specialized recruiting firm connecting talented RBTs with leading ABA providers We're looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work directly with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
What you'll do:
- Implement ABA-based treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader care team
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
What you'll need:
- Active RBT certification (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation (for home-based roles)
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
