About Tech365 Tech365 is a Noblesville-based managed IT and physical security services company serving churches, medical and legal offices, restaurants, and other local businesses across Central Indiana. We deliver a "White Glove" standard on every project from network infrastructure to camera systems to access control. We're growing our field team and looking for people who take pride in doing installation work right.
Positions Available
Laborer / Apprentice (Entry-Level) No prior experience required as we'll train you on the job. Ideal for someone reliable, coachable, and willing to learn a trade with real career growth potential.
Low Voltage Technician (Experienced) For candidates with hands-on experience in structured cabling, security camera installation, or access control systems. Bring your skills, work independently on client sites, and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Install and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, coax)
- Install security cameras and access control hardware (readers, locks, controllers)
- Mount and run wiring through attics, crawl spaces, and above drop ceilings
- Follow site-specific safety protocols and client access procedures
- Represent Tech365 professionally at client locations — including churches, medical offices, and law firms
- Work from ladders and in confined spaces as needed
- Communicate progress and issues clearly to the project lead
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, in attics, and in confined spaces
- Must pass a background check (required for access to client sites including churches, medical, and legal offices)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions on a job site
- Experienced track only: 2+ years of low-voltage, structured cabling, camera, or access control installation experience; familiarity with UniFi or similar platforms a plus; own basic hand tools a plus
Physical Demands This role requires regular ladder use, work in attics and crawl spaces, and lifting/carrying equipment. Candidates should be comfortable with physically active, on-site work in varying conditions.
Compensation & Employment Type $18–22/hr for Laborer/Apprentice roles; $25–35/hr for Experienced Technician roles, based on skill and experience. Both W2 employment and 1099 subcontractor arrangements are available so let us know your preference when you apply.
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
