Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic WAX TRAINER to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and educate aspiring beauty professionals in body waxing techniques, skincare treatments, and related cosmetology services. Your expertise will empower others to excel in their careers while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, customer service, and technical proficiency are maintained.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on body waxing procedures, including hair removal techniques and skin preparation.
- Educate trainees on salon software management systems such as ZENOTI for scheduling and client records.
- Emphasize sanitation protocols and safety standards to uphold a clean and compliant work environment.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to trainees, offering constructive feedback to refine their skills.
- Assist in developing training materials and curriculum tailored to various skill levels.
- Support the integration of retail sales strategies for skincare products and beauty tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry-PREFERABLY EUROPEAN WAX CENTER.
- Skilled in body waxing.
- Familiarity with salon management software such as ZENOTI.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations pertinent to beauty services.
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics required.
