Project Manager
Daigle Brothers is seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Manager to oversee projects from bid to completion. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clients, internal production, and detailing teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Financial Management: Review design drawings to understand full project scope. Manage resources, track project timelines, and present monthly project financials to supervisor.
- Estimating & Bidding: Utilize your experience in bid processes and project management/estimating to secure and plan work.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Production and Detailing teams to schedule and hit delivery dates.
- Client Relations: Maintain constant, professional communication with customers and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Problem Solving: Independently research project solutions and bring in key personnel to creatively resolve issues and meet customer deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Industry Knowledge: Good working knowledge of structural steel and precast construction techniques.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural design drawings and shop fabrication drawings.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (used daily for financial tracking), Word, and Outlook.
- Tekla MRP: Experience is not required (on-the-job training is provided), but it will be used daily.
- Core Attributes: High initiative, strong time management, adaptability to changing information, and a professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
