Stern Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation department. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a clinician interested in helping residents restore mobility, strength, and functional independence.
What You'll Do:

Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans

Provide skilled interventions for mobility, balance, strength, gait, and functional performance

Monitor resident outcomes and modify treatment plans when appropriate

Collaborate with PTAs, nursing, and other rehabilitation professionals

Complete accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
