Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Answering the phone for the majority of all incoming calls.
- Taking payments, making change, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Making bank deposits.
- Contacting customers regarding upcoming and past-due payments.
- Advising customers when they have money available.
- Taking loan applications, getting accurate information, and gathering all required documents.
- Processing all outgoing mail.
- Cleaning the office weekly.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
- Experience in consumer finance is preferred.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
