We're looking for motivated, ambitious individuals ready to build a long-term career in management. Our Entry Level Management Trainees receive hands-on training across daily operations, team leadership, customer experience, and client management while working with our energy client, Box Energy.
This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and taking on new challenges. As you develop your skills, you'll begin assisting with leading a small team, coordinating daily operations, and supporting customer interactions while preparing for advancement into a management position.
Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating daily team operations
- Learn how to coach, motivate, and support a small team
- Help oversee customer interactions and ensure a positive experience with our Box Energy client
- Support scheduling, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities
- Learn performance tracking and goal management
- Collaborate with leadership on team development and operational improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members
Qualifications of the Management Trainee:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Leadership potential and a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation
