English Rabbit is a high-end children's clothing store located in the heart of Beverly Hills. We specialize in high-end designer fashion, premium European childrenswear, and curated essentials for newborns through teens. We pride ourselves on offering a highly personalized shopping experience for our clientele and are looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate / Stylist to join our team. This is a position with the potential for growth and advancement to an assistant manager role.
We are seeking someone with strong sales ability, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine passion for luxury retail and fashion. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires confidence in building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering an elevated in-store experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and greet customers
- Must be comfortable with selling and up selling
- Build productive and professional relationships with customers and build and maintain a personal client book
- Maintain clear and consistent communication within the store between customers, associates, and the owners
- Prep, tag and steam new merchandise as it arrives. Place new merchandise both on the sales floor and in proper back stock areas
- Seek out customers within the store and offer assistance with product knowledge and selection
- Exceed sales goals, tracking daily/monthly sales
- Manage product returns/exchanges
- Manage cashier duties, receiving payment in exchange for goods sold
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, attend to customers, and be aware of the needs of the business
- Comply with inventory procedures
- Ensure the product presentation areas are clean and well organized
- Assist in setting up and maintaining visual merchandising displays in an aesthetic manner
- Must be a team player, be flexible, and always be ready to help if needed
- Must be able to excel in a fast-paced working environment
- Must be organized
- Must be a self starter
Working hours: 40 hours a week; must be available to work weekends and holidays. Inventory twice a year-July and January
Store Hours: M-Sa 10-6 p.m., Su 11-5p (shifts begin and end before and after posted store hours)
Customer service experience is a must
High school degree or equivalent
Preferred experience: 2-4 years retail sales associate/customer service
Lightspeed experience is a plus
Professional references required
