Job Type: Full-Time. Some weekends may be necessary based on business needs. On-call rotation.

- Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform general repairs and upkeep: carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, doors, cabinets, windows
- Handle basic plumbing (faucets, toilets, drains) and basic electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Replace light bulbs, filters, and other routine wear items
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready: cleaning, painting, minor repairs)
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities (trash/debris pickup, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage)
- Assist certified technicians with HVAC, gas, and pool-related tasks
- Attend monthly safety meetings
- Track completed work in maintenance logs
Apartment homes, pool area, laundry room, dumpster areas, amenity areas, common areas, maintenance shop, leasing office.
- No certifications required — we'll help you get there
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (with team assistance for heavier items)
- A team-player attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for work orders and maintenance logs
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
No certifications? No problem to start — but they're your path to promotion. As you earn certifications such as EPA (Freon/refrigerant handling), pool certification, or HVAC, you become eligible to move up to a full Maintenance Technician role.
