Join us as we expand our service delivery! LAKELAND MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, Fergus Falls, MN, is seeking a full-time Crisis Services Supervisor. This position could be located in either Moorhead, MN or Fergus Falls, MN. The Crisis Services Supervisor is responsible for general administration and supervision of the Crisis Services Program to assure quality, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness in the delivery of crisis mental health services in a 3-county area. The successful candidate would also have an exciting opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of a new Mental Health Urgent Care Clinic within LMHC. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university. Two (2) years experience working with individuals with mental illness required; two (2) years supervisory experience preferred. Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage also required. LMHC promotes a work/life balance and offers flexible scheduling, including early out on Fridays in the summer months!
