Beyond Legends is a multi-brand cannabis company representing a curated portfolio of standout brands including Pretty Dope, Side Hustle, Crave Chocolate, Yummi Karma, High Gorgeous and more. We’re seeking two motivated, relationship-driven Cannabis Sales Representatives to expand our presence across California. (Must have prior cannabis retail sales experience) (MUST HAVE WHOLESALE CANNABIS SALES EXPERIENCE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow licensed retail dispensary accounts within your territory
- Represent and sell multiple cannabis brands to retail buyers
- Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and store staff
- Conduct product presentations, drops, demos, and promotions
- Coordinate orders, follow-ups, and account needs
- Collaborate with distribution, operations, and marketing teams
- Track sales activity accurately using CRM and sales tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Cannabis sales and retail experience a must
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passion for female-led brands and brand-building
- Professional, positive, and accountable
COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary + 3% commission
