Forklift Operator / Cherry Picker – Distribution Center (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: North Las Vegas, NV 89032
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 AM Start)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Cherry Picker for our Distribution Center. This role is essential in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order pulling, auditing, and loading. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving
- Unload incoming products from vendors and manufacturing plants using cherry picker or stand-up forklift equipment.
- Receive materials using scan guns; verify part numbers and quantities against packing slips.
- Put away pallets into proper storage locations (racking or bulk) using scan guns.
Order Pulling
- Pull customer orders using man-up order picker equipment.
- Use scan guns for product verification and count accuracy.
- Build and stage pallets safely for final audit.
- Print/apply packing slips, pallet labels, and shipping information.
- Finalize orders by stretch-wrapping pallets for outbound shipping.
Auditing
- Audit outbound customer orders for correct product and quantity.
- Make adjustments in coordination with Order Pullers when needed.
Shipping
- Load completed orders onto outbound trailers using stand-up or cherry picker equipment.
- Follow all Distribution Center safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications (No Exceptions)
- Minimum of 2 complete years of experience working in the same Distribution Center operations.
- 2 years of recent experience operating BOTH Cherry Picker/Standup Reach
- Standup Reach Forklift
- Order Picker / Cherry Picker
- Proof of current or prior forklift certification required.
- Must pass a full background check and drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to commute to North Las Vegas, NV 89032.

- Recent Cherry Picker: 2 years (Required)
- Standup Reach Forklift: 2 years (Required)
