Business Assistant – Bead Resources (Crc Beads)
Are you passionate about gemstones and excited to learn the ins and outs of a growing business? CRC Beads, a trusted local wholesale gemstone bead supplier with 20+ years in the industry, is looking for a hands-on, dependable Business Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to grow with the business and learn everything from inventory to online sales!
What You’ll Do:
- Organize and manage gemstone inventory, crystals, and beads
- Provide top-notch customer service in-person and online
- Collect, package, and ship orders
- Maintain and update inventory on Sellbrite
- Assist with Whatnot livestreams and online sales events as trained
- Help improve workflows, marketing, and overall business growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for gemstones, crystals, or jewelry making
- Friendly, easygoing, and collaborative attitude
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn all areas of the business
- Comfortable with light physical work (lifting boxes, moving inventory)
- Experience with Shopify, Etsy, eBay, TikTok or Canva is a plus
