Job Title: Brand Ambassador & Spokesperson

Location(s): Travels across all markets as needed (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Oklahoma City, Atlanta)
Job Type: Seasonal, Contract
Dates: September 2026 – January 2027
Compensation: Monthly Retainer + Appearance Rate – rate commensurate with experience, plus travel and appearance expenses covered.
The Light Park is one of the most dynamic, high-volume drive-thru holiday experiences in the country. This role is not passive promotion; it is high-energy, on-camera, in-the-spotlight brand storytelling in a condensed seasonal window, requiring charisma, media polish, and the ability to sell the magic on demand.
This year, we embark on the journey of “Aura” and help DJ Polar Ice as he throws the biggest holiday party around to power up The North Pole! We need a face and a voice who can carry that story to the world.

Position Overview: The Light Park is seeking a magnetic, media-savvy Brand Ambassador & Spokesperson to serve as the public face and voice of the experience across all markets. This individual will represent The Light Park and champion DJ Polar Ice and the Aura story through television, radio, news, podcasts, live appearances, and social media — turning every segment, interview, and event into an invitation guests can't refuse.
This role blends on-camera performance with brand and marketing instincts to build buzz, drive attendance, and make The Light Park and DJ Polar Ice household names in every market we operate. The Brand Ambassador appears as themselves — an authentic, high-energy champion of the brand — while bringing the Aura world to life alongside our characters and creative.
This role is not passive promotion; it is active, dynamic, and public-facing execution in a condensed seasonal window, requiring on-camera confidence and infectious enthusiasm every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Face & Voice of The Light Park
o Serve as the primary on-camera spokesperson for TV, news, morning shows, radio, and podcast appearances across all markets.
o Deliver polished, high-energy, on-brand interviews and segments that sell the Aura experience and DJ Polar Ice.
o Represent The Light Park at live appearances, media days, community events, and partner activations.
o Stay consistently on-message and on-brand while adapting tone to each outlet and audience.
o Bring the Aura narrative and DJ Polar Ice to life for every audience — make guests feel the magic before they arrive.
o Champion the show experience, ticketing, and seasonal moments with genuine enthusiasm and credibility.
o Partner with characters, costumed talent, and creative assets to create memorable, shareable moments.
o Translate the brand story into compelling sound bites, hooks, and calls to action.
- Drive Awareness & Attendance
o Generate earned media and buzz that translates into ticket sales across every market.
o Create and star in social media content — reels, live segments, behind-the-scenes, and guest-facing moments.
o Support and amplify corporate marketing campaigns, launch timing, and promotional pushes.
o Build relationships with local media, influencers, and community partners to extend reach.
- Represent the Brand with Excellence
o Uphold The Light Park brand standards, voice, and image in every public appearance.
o Maintain professionalism, energy, and poise on camera and under pressure.
o Serve as a positive, reliable ambassador for the company, its partners, and its guests.
o Coordinate closely with corporate marketing on messaging, scheduling, and brand consistency.
- Travel & Seasonal Execution
o Travel extensively across all markets during the pre-season launch and live season windows.
o Maintain a demanding, fast-moving appearance and media schedule concentrated in the launch and peak weeks.
o Be flexible, road-ready, and available for early mornings, evenings, and weekend appearances.
o Provide post-appearance feedback and content to corporate for continuous improvement.
o Proven on-camera or public-facing experience — spokesperson, host, broadcast, media personality, influencer, PR, entertainment, or performance background.
o Exceptional presence, charisma, and communication skills with the ability to command a camera and a crowd.
o Comfort delivering live, unscripted interviews and segments across diverse outlets and audiences.
o Strong social media fluency and a track record of creating engaging content.
o Ability and willingness to travel extensively during the seasonal window.
o Reliability, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for delivering premium guest experiences at scale.
o Experience in hospitality, entertainment, live events, or seasonal/experiential brands preferred.
