Biodynamic Restoration is the leading provider of medical mold remediation in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking an experienced field lead who will work hands-on in the field while leading small crews on active remediation projects across the Portland and Southwest Washington region.
This is a high-trust field leadership role requiring strong construction knowledge, excellent judgment, and a high level of precision in executing scope, maintaining documentation, and delivering consistent quality in fast-moving job site environments.
We are looking for a calm, precise, and detail-oriented technician who leads by example. The right person is both client-facing and team-focused—warm, professional, and able to build trust while ensuring work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading active mold remediation projects from start to finish in the field. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure scope of work is followed with precision, and support 1–2 small crews while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will work closely with project management and office support to ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute field operations on active remediation projects in Portland / SW Washington
- Oversee 1–2 crews and 1–2 concurrent projects
- Ensure all work follows scope, safety standards, and company protocols with precision
- Perform daily job site coordination and hands-on construction work as needed
- Maintain detailed daily logs, safety documentation, and site records
- Conduct quality assurance inspections throughout project phases
- Collaborate with office staff on scheduling, updates, and project coordination
- Communicate clearly with clients and address field-level questions or concerns
- Identify scope changes and assist in preparing change orders
- Support adherence to project timelines and milestones
- Use construction management software (DASH) for documentation and communication
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in construction site operations (restoration, remediation, or general construction preferred)
- Experience leading small crews in the field
- Solid understanding of safety standards and job site protocols
- Ability to read and interpret project scope, contracts, and work plans
- Strong communication and client-facing professionalism
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working hands-on in active job site conditions

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour
