Experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative (ServiceTitan Required)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of creating an outstanding customer experience from the very first phone call.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who has worked in the HVAC industry, knows ServiceTitan (CRM)inside and out, and can confidently manage a busy call volume while keeping customers happy and our technicians productive.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments efficiently.
- Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, follow-ups, unsold estimates, and customer retention.
- Manage customer accounts, billing inquiries, and service updates.
- Utilize ServiceTitan to document every customer interaction accurately.
- Coordinate with dispatch, service technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Help maximize the schedule by filling open appointment times.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC CSR experience required.
- At least 1 year of hands-on ServiceTitan experience (required).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time management abilities.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling a high call volume.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
