Overview
Heart & Hands Wine is looking for reliable, hardworking temporary help for our upcoming bottling days. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role — you'll be part of the team that gets our wine from tank to case, ready for sale. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food and beverage production, while contributing to the creation of high-quality craft beverages. No prior winery experience is required; we'll train you on the equipment and process. We just need people who show up on time, work hard, and can keep pace on a physical, active shift.
Responsibilities
- Setup: Help set up bottling stations and stocking supplies.
- Bottling Support: Feeding glass bottles, apply closures, corks, capsules,and packing cases
- Packing: Pack cases, lift cases, move materials, stack finished cases on pallet safely and efficiently
- Tear Down and Cleanup: Putting away supplies per instructions, move small equipment to cleaning stations, and sorting materials for recycling or trash.
Requirements & Skills
- Ability to stand for long shifts.
- Capacity to lift 40–50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability and punctuality — bottling days run on a tight, fast-paced schedule and depend on a full crew showing up on time, well rested, and ready to work.
- No prior experience necessary — this is an entry-level position, and training is provided on-site.
