Human Resources (HR) Generalist - $60k - $70k - Bilingual required
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join an industry-leading company in Omaha. The HR Generalist will support all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including employee engagement, benefits management, performance, compliance, orientation and onboarding, and more. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred however will consider years of experience in lieu of education
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening and presentation skills
