We are seeking experienced Chevrolet (Chevy) Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong product knowledge of the Chevy lineup, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior automotive sales experience required, Chevrolet experience strongly preferred
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Follow dealership sales processes and CRM documentation requirements
- Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
What You Bring:

- Coachability—we train the willing
- Some retail, customer service, or sales background is a plus (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license
