Greater Orlando Psychiatric Associates is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to our diverse community. We are seeking a Bilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our collaborative clinical team.
This part-time hybrid opportunity offers the flexibility to provide both in-office and telehealth care while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. Providers typically work 2–3 days per week, with opportunities for additional hours as the practice continues to grow.

Clinical Practice
Our providers are supported by an efficient clinical workflow designed to promote high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Appointment lengths are structured to support thoughtful psychiatric care, with follow-up visits scheduled for up to 20 minutes based on clinical needs and extended appointment times for new patient evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
- Diagnose and treat a variety of psychiatric conditions
- Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychiatric medications
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and patient education
- Deliver care through both telehealth and in-office appointments
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of the treatment team
- Provide culturally competent care to English- and Spanish-speaking patients
QualificationsRequired
- Active, unrestricted Florida APRN license
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain before employment)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms
Preferred
- One year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience (outpatient preferred)
- New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

- New Graduate PMHNPs: Starting at $60/hour
- Experienced PMHNPs: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, qualifications, and training requirements
