Responsibilities:
- Operate sandblasting and powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong sense of ownership-your work matters here
- Learn and master tasks quickly as they are assigned
- Maintain a steady workflow—this is a fast-paced, non-traditional environment
- Stay proactive and think ahead to minimize downtime
- Adapt to changing priorities with a positive, team-first attitude

Compensation & Details:
- PAY: $45/hour starting pay
- TYPE: 1099 contract position (no benefits), long term opportunity.
- HOURS: Monday - Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, 40+ hours weekly, paid weekly
- One week’s paid vacation per year

Preferred (not required) Experience:
- Class A CDL
- Fabrication experience
- Leadership experience
