Job Details
- Position: Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Marshall, MI
- Start Date: August 3, 2026
- Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extensions
- Shift: Days 9x4 hrs
- Schedule: Could be 36–40 hours per week (5 days/week)
- Weekend Requirement: None
- On-Call: Rotating inpatient call (typically once per month)
Pay Range- $2100 to $2400 weekly gross for 36 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans.
- Provide speech, language, and dysphagia therapy for pediatric and adult patients.
- Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies (VFSS).
- Make diet recommendations and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric SLP experience
- Pediatric experience required
- VFSS experience required
- Willingness to work in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Michigan SLP License
- Active AHA BLS Certification
- New graduates will not be considered
- Must have reliable personal transportation

- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the assignment location will not be considered.
- Candidates should be confident working independently and able to begin with minimal orientation.
