Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s sales experience, proven track record, and ability to generate new business. Candidates with an established book of business, strong client relationships, or a demonstrated history of driving revenue may be eligible for higher compensation.
Job Description
We are currently looking for an individual with a background in Italian food, ideally food sales. We will construct a route of some existing customers to serve as a base route, and you will have the freedom to grow your territory through new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory, developing relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and purchasing teams
- Conduct regular customer visits and prospect for new accounts
- Execute sales strategies that achieve volume, profit, and product placement goals
- Provide timely feedback on product quality, market trends, and competitor activity
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Monitor pricing, terms, and customer credit in alignment with company policies
- Keeps management and purchasing agents abreast of item quality feedback, changes in sales volume, etc.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 Years of Sales Experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ Years of Foodservice Sales Experience
Bachelors Degree
Fluency in Spanish
