Position Overview
Registered Nurses in the ICU will care for critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, complex treatments, and rapid clinical decision-making. Both roles play a vital part in ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and maintaining continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in assigned units.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

Qualifications
