Schedule: Rotating shift | Full-time
Salary range: $84,336. - $123,342.43 per year
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000.00
What You Will Do:
- Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits.

Design and implement patient-centered, effective treatment plans using appropriate modalities.

Assess the patient's ability to safely perform independent living skills.

Document patient progress, monitor, and modify the plan of care as necessary.

Schedule is 36 hours a week. Tuesday or Friday will be late day with the remaining days being flexible. Weekend and holiday requirement.
What You Will Need:
Licensure/Certification/Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Occupational Therapy (OT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued
Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- 1-year acute care experience.
