Availability: Flexible, including weekends -our immediate needs are morning and a few Sundays a month. Must be 18 or older to apply for this role. Full-time and Part-time availability.
Hourly Rate: $13-14/hour base pay + tips* (Approximately $2-3 per hour in tips)
Shifts: Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available
Responsibilities:
As a Key Holder, you'll play a vital role in creating a delightful experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Baking and packaging cookies with precision and care.

Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.

Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Participating in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager.

No previous kitchen experience required; training will be provided.

Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.
As a Key Holder at our bakery, you will be entrusted with important responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll serve as a point of contact during your shifts, ensuring the bakery's success and maintaining a positive experience for both customers and fellow team members.

Physical Requirements:
You'll need to be physically capable of:

Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs (flour, sugar, etc.).

Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift.

Repetitive motion of wrists/arms during baking tasks.

Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens.

Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations.
