Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required. Failure to submit a Statement of Qualifications will disqualify candidates from the hiring process.
In order to be considered for this position, you must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in addition to the standard state application and resume. The SOQ also serves as documentation of each candidate's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing, as well as follow direction. Respond to the following questions:
1. Describe your expertise in end to end IT Goods acquisition processes, including your ability to interpret statewide procurement laws, policies, and oversight requirements.
2. Describe your experience collaborating with technical program staff, legal counsel, purchasing units, vendors, and leadership to move IT Goods procurements from intake to execution.
3. Provide a detailed explanation of your methods for managing competing procurement priorities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and adherence to strict deadlines.
4. Provide a comprehensive example of a situation where you were assigned multiple high priority IT Goods procurements with conflicting deadlines.
