Job Description:
- Primary Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative duties.
- Commission Processing - If you are "Above Average" with ability to Multi-Task and good with numbers. We will train.
- CRM Experience: QQ Catalyst (Preferred but not required)
- Take Payments on Policies
- Manage Client Calls for: Endorsements, Dec Pages, Quick Changes, Address Changes, Quick Service Questions, Vehicle changes, Etc.…
- Return Mail (Call client to see if the address needs to be updated and take payment/reinstate policy if necessary)
- Mortgage Change Requests + Upload/Fax/Send Dec Pages and Invoice to mortgage for payment
- Calling clients for Non-Payment Cancellations & reinstating the policy.
- Call & Email Cancellation letter if necessary (:CC the agent).
- QQ Catalyst Database knowledge (helpful but not required)
- Must have an Active 4-40 CSR License
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Software: Outlook, Excel, Word, DocuSign, Etc.
- Above Average Communication Skills
- Maintain Database Information
- Multi-tasking is absolutely part of this position
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Office Administrative Setting
