Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
Position Summary
Work will consist of material handling, operating power tools, installing support racks,
installing cable tray, installing power conductors into cable tray systems, assisting
electricians with their work activities, preforming housekeeping duties and performing
safety spotter duties.
Position Requirements
- Must have a minimum 2 years of large commercial or industrial construction experience.
- Must have a current driver’s license, passport or governmental ID.
- Must be able to pass a back ground check.
- Must pass a drug screening test and agree to random drug screening.
- Must be able to work 10 hours per days six days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Must wear company provided personal protective equipment at all times in construction work areas.
- Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities. (Porta-Johns).
- Must provide required basic personal tools.
- Must be able to safety lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work from all ladder types (Step ladders up to 14ft, “A” frame ladders and all sizes of extension ladders). Employee’s combined personal weight and hand tools cannot exceed the 300 lbs. weight limit of Class 1A ladders.
- Must be able to perform work at various heights up to 40 ft. from scaffolds, man lifts, catwalks or other safe elevated work areas.
- Must be able to work in restricted areas (switchgear rooms, within elevated cable tray systems, and above mechanical duct work & piping).
- Job position requires repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.
- Must be able to work fully gowned in a semiconductor facility clean room environment.
