J.U.M.P. seeks an individual to provide operational and personnel oversight with fiduciary financial accountability for a grant-funded program. This leadership role ensures that project activities, timelines, budgets, and personnel directly align with Pennsylvania PCCD grant mandates. Report directly to Executive Director/Program Coordinator and Executive Board of Directors.
Education and Experience:
Master’s or Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or Social Sciences.
2 Years managing state or federal grants, including budget and staff oversight.
Proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, and grant-related compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
Supervise Staff, including the Data and Evaluation Coordinator.
Monitor workflows, review project data collected on weekly basis, create project performance reviews and employee performance reports for program coordinator and board review. Ensure compliance with PCCD and state guidelines and rules.
Lead and cultivate relationship collaborations with community partners, law enforcement and stakeholders.
Must clear PA Act 34 (Criminal History), Act 151 (Child Abuse), FBI Fingerprinting, NSOR Verification, and provide Disclosure Statement/Mandatory Reporting Acknowledgment.
Pay: From $33.76 per hour
