Summary:
The Program Manager’s role will own customer programs from concept through delivery; ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. They will be the key link between our customers and internal teams, driving performance and ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead program planning and execution, ensuring all technical and contractual requirements are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams assigned to the programs
- Effectively balance multiple client accounts by prioritizing program needs, maintaining clear communication, and delivering consistent support
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep programs on track: engineering, production, supply chain, and quality
- Develop, lead, and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk plans
- Support proposal efforts and contract negotiations
- Track key performance metrics and lead corrective actions when needed
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management leading electronics manufacturing/production account deliveries within defense/aerospace
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of electronic assembly and manufacturing processes
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and consistently delivers high-quality work
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and responding quickly to shifting demands
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and effectively prioritize tasks to meet competing deadlines
- Proven success managing complex programs in highly regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency using MS Office Suite software; especially Excel
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DFAR standards
- Experience with ERP/MRP and project management tools
- Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Understanding of PCB/PCBA assembly and ESD compliance protocols
- Experience with contract manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or other industry related field
- PMI – PMP Certification

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
