Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Medical Carrier (Independent) to provide reliable transportation services for medical appointments, patient transfers, and healthcare-related travel. As an independent medical carrier, you will operate various passenger vehicles, including passenger vans, shuttle buses, and specialized medical transport vehicles, ensuring safe and timely delivery of clients. Duties
- Safely operate a range of passenger vehicles such as vans, shuttle buses, and specialized medical transport vehicles on local routes and scheduled appointments
- Ensure compliance with all state transportation regulations and traffic laws during every trip
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support for those with mobility challenges or special needs
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition; perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, routes, and any delays or issues that may arise
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary to load or unload medical equipment or assist passengers with mobility devices
- Follow all safety protocols related to manual handling, vehicle operation, and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, chauffeur, or in similar passenger transportation roles
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., <PERSON> driver license or equivalent) with a clean driving record
- Experience operating passenger vans, shuttle buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and real-time navigation adjustments
- Familiarity with local driving routes and adherence to state transportation regulations
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and coordination with healthcare providers
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively; capable of heavy lifting when necessary
- Prior experience in medical transportation or paratransit services is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to ensure safety and operational readiness

We're looking to give you contracts that you have to work with us.Excuse me with these contracts and get paid up 2 thousand a week. If you have three contracts with us, the focus to get three contracts, and you will make you two thousand we will get ghd contracts.
You must have your medical certifications to do the work.If you don't You must have your commercial insurance.That goes up 1 million dollars covering all the insurances
