Join Our Team
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys working both outdoors and indoors... but mostly outdoors :) This unique position combines farm work with property maintenance at our growing family farm and two local businesses.
This position will offer consistency in your daily tasks as well as fun variation based on seasons and specific needs. If you enjoy variety, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule
- Consistent Monday–Friday work schedule
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Hours are generally consistent each week, with some flexibility based on seasonal projects and business needs
- Occasional Saturday hours may be available but are not required
- Opportunity for additional hours during busy seasons or special projects
Responsibilities: Farm & Property
- Feed and care for livestock
- Clean stalls, coop and barns
- Repair and maintain fencing, pastures, trails and fields
- Operate tractors and farm equipment (experience preferred)
- Assist with hay season and seasonal farm projects/ jobs
- General property improvements and repairs
- Pressure washing, porch cleaning
Business Maintenance
- Perform general maintenance when needed
- Light plumbing, painting, and drywall
- Change HVAC filters, light bulbs, and ceiling tiles
- Pressure washing and exterior upkeep
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is dependable and punctual
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Enjoys staying busy and working independently
- Is mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Has experience operating equipment at a minimum a tractor/ riding mower
- Notices what needs to be done without constant supervision
- Has dependable transportation, experience pulling a trailer and owns a truck they are able to drive to work along with pull our farm trailer
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Experience in farming, landscaping, maintenance, construction, or mechanical work is preferred but not required
