This is not an entry-level receptionist position.
ETHR LAB is one of Chicagoland's premier wellness and regenerative aesthetics centers, combining advanced recovery technologies, longevity medicine, and aesthetic treatments in a luxury client experience.
We're looking for a polished, energetic, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical spa or wellness environment. If you're simply looking for a front desk job, this isn't the right fit. We're seeking someone who enjoys educating clients, building relationships, driving sales, and creating exceptional experiences every single day.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a five-star client experience from check-in to check-out.
- Conduct consultations and facility tours, educate clients on our services, and recommend memberships, wellness programs, and treatment packages.
- Set clients up on our wellness and recovery technologies while ensuring they feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
- Manage appointment scheduling, front desk email, phone calls, text messages, payments, and accurate client records.
- Assist with inventory management, opening and closing procedures, laundry, light cleaning, and maintaining a polished, client-ready clinic.
- Support community outreach, local events, and marketing initiatives to help grow the ETHR LAB brand.
- Collaborate with providers and teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Who You Are
You are someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience working in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, wellness center, concierge medical office, or similar client-focused healthcare environment.
- Loves helping people and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Is confident discussing wellness services and comfortable recommending memberships and treatment plans.
- Is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
- Has a genuine passion for health, wellness, fitness, longevity, or regenerative aesthetics.
- Lives within a reasonable commute of Oak Brook/Oakbrook Terrace.
- Is available to work every Saturday and additional weekday shifts as needed.
