We’re looking for a high-energy General Manager to run the show at our Pittsburgh Wendy’s. If you love leading a team, serving up hot and fresh food, and taking pride in running a great business, we want you at the helm!
Lead the crew: Recruit, train, and inspire a solid team. You set the vibe for the whole restaurant.
Keep it fresh & fast: Make sure every customer gets the hot food and friendly service Wendy's is famous for.
Run the business: Take ownership of your store's sales, labor, and food costs to drive profit.
Keep it clean: Ensure a safe, spotless, and welcoming kitchen and dining room.
2-3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food / QSR is a huge plus).
A natural ability to coach people and build a positive team culture.
A comfortable handle on managing food costs, labor, and store inventory.
A calm, confident attitude when the lunch and dinner rushes hit.
$60,000 - $70,000 base salary + a performance bonus tied directly to your store's success.
